Nationally recognized Master Floral Designer, Ruth Loiseau has created magnificent floral designs for special events at the White House since the Reagan Administration; these include Congressional Barbecues, the visit of Prince Charles and Princess Diana, the NATO Summit, State Dinners and for both visits of Queen Elizabeth II. She was presented the Certificate of Appreciation by Hillary Clinton in 1998 and continues to assist with special events for the current administration.

Ruth’s work has been featured in many prestigious print publications over the years. Ms. Loiseau also owns and operates multiple businesses such as RuthL., RuthL Organics and Fleur De La Vie, and Couture Flowers Magazine. She is a highly respected lecturer on the art of floral and interior design and had the honor recently to be featured as the Keynote Speaker at the Bouquets to Art event at the De Young Museum in San Francisco Ca. Ms. Loiseau speaks at prestigious Garden Club events throughout the United States.
